Returns & Exchanges

At Ériu Jewellery, each piece is crafted with care to bring a touch of magic to your everyday.

Earrings: For hygiene reasons, earrings and body jewellery are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Other Jewellery: Returns are accepted within 14 days if items are unworn, in their original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Faulty or Damaged Items: Please contact us within 7 days and we’ll happily repair, replace, or refund your order.
