When I seen this it made me cry i know I had to have it i lost my mum and when I seen how it opened I knew I needed it for my mum to be close to me again again i asked for a longer chain and it wasn't a problem and it was posted and had it a few days later I will be doing alot of Christmas shopping because I know how well her products wear
